PRAY
Crossing Jordan is a gospel mission support organization. Our goal is to provide anything and everything necessary to enable missionaries to fulfill their calling. We believe the most important work of this, or any generation, is to spread the gospel throughout ALL the world.
The last thing Jesus commanded His followers to do before ascending to heaven was, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15 … and Jesus only prayer request was “Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into His harvest. “ Matt 9:38
The following is a list of the mission efforts that we currently support and have worked with on the field. Knowing them personally, I have seen a passion and purpose to glorify God that is evident in their selfless service. I am blessed every time I am privileged to work beside them. Please pray for them as they reach souls with the gospel.
Northwest Mexico
LaFe has been spreading the gospel throughout Central and Northwest Mexico for over 20 years. They have started many churches and discipled many American and Mexican believers who are also serving as missionaries all around the world. Tens of thousands of souls have been saved through their faithful service.
Currently in Sonora, Mexico they continue to plant churches and spread the gospel through the many weekly outreaches to those in need. Including:
Please pray for all the laborers as they continue to reach and disciple the lost. Pray for the Combs during their retirement from the Mission Field. Pray and seek how God wants you to get involved in His work. Pray for group trips to start back soon.
With the help of Crossing Jordan, they have purchased land and building materials for a new church in the town of Sonoyto!
Martin & Vicky Navarro
San Rafael, Sonora, Mexico
Martin and Vicky have a passion to reach the lost. I am blessed to have gone soul=winning with Martin on numerous trips to Mexico. I have seen him win countless souls through door to door visitation as he shares the gospel to everyone he sees. Vicky has stood with her husband, moving their family far from their home as God has led them to different areas of service.
Currently, Martin serves as pastor of Iglesia Bautista Maranatha. Pray for them as they lead the congregation on many outreaches of the church. Pray for continued support to provide food, clothing, Bibles, and other supplies to be given to those in need as they share the gospel in the surrounding areas.
With the help of Crossing Jordan, they have a new Family Life Center!
Adrian & Maurisa Hernandez
Santiago Sacatepéquez, Guatemala
Church planting and discipling others to do the same since 2013. Currently pastoring 2 active growing churches with outreach and group opportunities. Pray for funds to continue to minister to the many needs of the people during this pandemic. Also the many teens and young adults as they continue to disciple them to reach others. Pray for their sons as they grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord to be used by God. Pray about going with a group to work in Guatemala.
With the help of Crossing Jordan, they have purchased land for their Pastor Training Facility with on-site living quarters and are in the beginning stages of construction!

Our mission is to care for the Orphans and Widows as commanded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Critical to our mission is the provision of shelter, spiritual and physical nourishment, and education to children who have been abandoned by their birthparents. Pray for all the needs of any family home, but on a much larger scale. Jose, Lupita, and their children have poured their heart and souls into each child God has led to their home. It is a blessing to stand with them with our prayers and support.
With the help of Crossing Jordan, they were able to install solar power, providing air-conditioning for the first time!

A Father’s Heart’s mission, is to work with the children of extreme poverty in the Central America region. To educate, feed, and really prepare them for life as they do everything possible to stop the perpetual cycle of human trafficking in the villages of third world countries. They will accomplish this goal through education, nutritional programs, effective social programs, and most importantly the teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pray for them as the raise the funds and begin construction of their Home/Community Center. Pray for us to be able to take group trips again to continue assisting their work.
With the help of Crossing Jordan, they have purchased land for the Children’s Home/Community Center and are in the beginning stages of construction!

The Mendoza family has surrendered to the calling God placed on their lives to serve their community through pastoring a church. Pastor Samuel has organized and hosted multiple pastor conferences and men’s retreats. With the growing of their church, they felt a need to build a permanent church building. Crossing Jordan is currently funding the construction of their church.
Danny & Dodi Ward
Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico
Danny and his wife, Dodi, have been missionaries in Mexico for over 10 years. Their ministry has flourished greatly, which led to plans for a bigger space for an ever-growing congregation. Crossing Jordan has helped facilitate and find the purchase of land for a new church that will seat over 300 members, a fellowship hall to host training and outreach events, and a new Bible College.
